As of May 1st, 2006, FORM-MAIL.COM is no longer processing forms!
The domain name was considered too similar to another service and has been sold to FormMail.com. Service for existing customers of Form-mail.com has been moved to FormNut.com.
If you were a customer of Form-mail.com prior to May 1, 2006 and your forms no longer work:
The previous owner of Form-mail.com notified all customers and members who signed up for an account at Form-mail.com before May 1st, 2006 and have an account login ID lower than 9999 that Form-mail.com had moved to FormNut.com.
If your forms stopped working it is because you didn't move your account to their new service in time. For a limited time period, you can still move your account by following the transfer instructions.
